day-to-day

In charge of getting new business leveraging the personal and company’s network.

Support the new business team in the end-to-end delivery of new business pitches. Manage the expectation of colleagues when completing tasks, keep them up to date on top prospects & industry news, in addition to updating new business status & pipeline on a weekly basis for regional reporting.

Identify, qualify, work, and close new business opportunities.

Monitors and records time in agency’s system.

Participates in agency’s development programs.

Proactively communicates with the CEO as to what you and the team need in order to be successful and proactively provides status updates and next steps.

Connects with each employee on a personal level, offering help and guidance in overcoming challenges, personal growth, etc.

Oversees monthly activity reports.

Maintains strong client contact and creates new campaign ideas and initiatives.

Actively participates in creative brainstorms in group and team meetings and may create action plans from recommendations.

Review and write briefs with company background, ad spend, current agency, and analysis for new opportunities. Own & update new business status & pipeline on a weekly basis for regional reporting.
