Business Growth Director

We are looking for a strong representative talent to act as the liaison between our company and Washington, DC clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. You will work closely with client teams, providing leadership to create and maintain sustainable client relationships, and help us discover new opportunities inside and outside of our client base. Based in our DC office, you will report directly to our BPD. Our DC client base is growing and you will play a key role in building and fostering relationships with current clients as well as sourcing new ones. Hire, train, evaluate and supervise new employees if is necessary; and ensure that our office is on track to meet its financial goals, might also develop and implement budgets, prepare reports and ensure the department complies with company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads and assess office management. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, this is the job for you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth in the new 121 offices.

The right

The ideal candidate is a sales professional, with at least 5 years of experience in the industry in addition to very strong communication and networking skills, with a real hunter-like mentality.
