Business Partner Director


We are looking for an experienced manager to join our 121 family. If you have high customer service standards that can help make a difference pushing our company forward, this position is for you! We are on the hunt for somebody that can sell our services to new businesses and strategically grow 121’s portfolio, building broader relationships and greater commitments with our clients around the globe. Based in our New York office, you will be the first member of our team to oversee client services from within the United States. While reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for our US team, including our Business Partner in Washington D.C. and implants in New York and New Jersey. Your initial responsibilities will be to fight tirelessly to build strong relationships with clients. You will become a trusted liaison with a deep knowledge of the industry and the challenges that they face. This knowledge extends to basic marketing principles, a solid understanding of design and advertising, and principal social and digital media channels used today, assuring excellent service in all regions of the country.

Commercial licenses and certifications or industry related directives.

6 to 9 years of experience working with multiple international clients simultaneously and have needs in graphic design (digital and packaging), video post-production and publicity solutions for their campaigns and marketing plans.

Professional in the management of personnel, client service with commercial and public relations skills. At least 5 years of experience in the aforementioned industries or related field.

Strong understanding of how to manage services of publicity and design of brands.

Excellent communication skills and easily develops relationships with key company directors.

Skilled leader that can interact well with a team.

Experience leading and administrating personnel located in other parts of the country.

Advanced level of English proficiency or bilingual (English and Spanish).

Legally authorized to work within the United States.

Strongly skilled in the implementation of specific objectives to achieve desired results.

Capable of presenting and acting like a business partner, helping our clients identify new opportunities for their business and carry out strategic proposals.

Capable of working independently in a collaborative culture, maintaining contact with our COO to keep company objectives aligned.

Able to manage personnel located in different parts of the region, develop them and assure productivity, motivation and service.

Lead the general service provided to clients of our accounts assuring that we are delivering what is needed to their businesses every day.

Help the COO and Fulfillment Masters of each client in matters related to communication, follow ups and monitoring as well as daily service and operations.

Be the liaison to our clients to discern their commercial objectives and identify opportunities for 121 to offer personalized improvements.

Lead the smooth integration of our clients through detailed information and instruction, providing a clear understanding of the operations of 121.

Develop solid working relationships with the end users and decision makers.

Supervise and monitor the performance and service of the implants assigned in your region.

Work directly with implants to answer questions and offer solutions to the needs of their client.

Work together with the Business Development Partners located in different parts of the country to create account development strategies, evaluate their objectives and ensure excellent client service.

National and international trips to support development strategies as a representative of 121.

Create and maintain materials used for integration, FAQs, procedures and other related functions to anticipate and satisfy future and current client needs as well as questions.

Assist in the coordination and arrangement of new business meetings and product/service demonstrations.

Actively monitor all clients and current opportunities in our portfolio.

Develop reports about the functionality and profitability of the client implant model and Business Development Partners locations.

Collaborate with the team during brainstorming sessions, planning and debates about product development.

Develop, train and direct the collaborators within your area assuring their growth, motivation and alignment with our culture.
