GIVEN THE NATURE OF THE MARKET, IT'S CRUCIAL FOR FMCGS TO BE CONSTANTLY INNOVATING. LYSOL WANTED A NEW, MORE YOUTHFUL IMAGE TO REACH AN EMERGENT AUDIENCE OF MILLENNIAL MOMS.

CHALLENGE

REDESIGN AN ICONIC BRAND WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING THE EQUITY THAT IMAGE BRINGS TO THE COMPANY.

RESULTS

OUR NEW PACKAGE DESIGN, ORIGINALLY MEANT FOR JUST A ONE-TIME RELEASE AT WALMART, WAS ROLLED OUT FOR ALL OF LYSOL’S PRODUCTS IN ALL SALES CHANNELS AND ACROSS THE WORLD. EACH NEW FRAGRANCE WAS ADDED TO THE COLLECTION IN A DIFFERENT SHADE, FILLING THE BRAND'S SHELVES WITH AN APPEALING ARRAY OF COLOR. FOLLOWING THE ROLLOUT, LYSOL'S SALES SURPASSED ALL EXPECTATIONS.
